About Us

The Apartments at 31-81 are a privately owned and operated rental property in Astoria New York, focused on bringing value, style and sense of home to its tenants. All upgrades, repairs and maintenance performed on the property are done by the landlord or by licensed, bonded and insured improvement firms (no subcontractors).

The 31-81 rennovation and internal redesign was completed in April 2006, & updates include:

All new stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting;
A large 2nd floor terrace overlooking a quiet backyard;
Concrete backyard replaced with grass, trees and flowers;
Updated 65 gallon hot water heaters and boilers (one of each for each apartment);
Apartment specific programmable thermostats (control your own heat);
Updated electrical panel and wiring -- apartments are wired for voice and data;
Berber carpeting in the second floor master and spare bedroom/office.

Building history

Originally constructed before 1910, this building has undergone updates and changes to keep pace with the lifestyles of today's New Yorker. Throughout the many changes, The Apartments at 31-81 have set themselves subtly apart from some of the more traditional surroundings to be more in-line with the changing face of Astoria New York.
