The Apartments at 31-81: Apartment 2 Appliance Details
As part of the 2005/2006 rennovation project, all appliances and supporting electrical systems have been updated to meet or exceed New York City electrical code standards.

 


Natural Gas Range Details

Summit Professional brings the classic designs and durability of stainless steel to apartment sized ranges, with this 24 inch TTM630279BFKWY model. This model is made in the USA, and has much larger ovens than most competing products. The oven itself is fully porcelain, as are the tops, manifolds and burner boxes. The Stainless Steel range also has oven windows and lights, and clocks with timers. This gas model has sealed burners and electronic (spark) ignition. Summit ranges use more steel and porcelain than virtually all of the competition, and NEVER use cinder-blocks to add weight and balance, as many imported ranges do.


Dishwasher Details
The GE Monogram 18" Stainless Steel Dishwasher (Model #ZBD1800GSS) features easy to use controls - the mechanical dial turns easily to the desired wash cycle; heavy, normal, light, china/crystal and rinse. Dual-motor, dual-arm wash system - tow motors and wash arms provide effective, yet quiet cleaning power. Adjustable, dual-level racks - Rilsan nylon-coated racks enhance space and loading flexibility. This model is EnergyStar rated and uses an estimated 294 kWh/year (estimated yearly operating cost is $16 when used with a natural gas water heater -- which Apartment 2 also features). The Whirlpool Stainless Steel Refrigerator (Model #ER8GHK*M*0): Easily store gallon jugs of milk and juice right in the door with this 17.6 cu. ft. capacity top-freezer refrigerator with gallon door storage. Features handsome contoured doors with integrated handles on the outside and a removable shelf.
